Learning Record Store - Conceptualisation and Specification of Application and Data
The scope of this Project Result is the development of a requirement list (“Pflichtenheft”) for a mobile application and the analysis of corresponding technical features (“Lastenheft”) in order to develop a minimum viable product (MVP).
Learning Record Store - Application Development
This Project Result yields the delivery of a minimum viable product, i.e., a functioning application that supports all requirements which make the application attractive to use from the perspective of users. Representing a mobile-based tool for the storage of artifacts in a Learning Record Store, the application will also yield the possibility to guide the user through the recognition process and to store the awarded digital credential.
Learning Record Store - Documentation and User Guideline
In order to make the developed application adaptive and transparent to users, an exhaustive documentation of the underlying technologies and functionalities will be developed. The documentation will make it possible for third parties to adapt the code to own use and to suggest or apply further improvements. With the documentation, the project team wants to ensure that the application can be adapted by third parties and provide transparency regarding the use of data.
Development of Micro-Credentials ``Light & Sound`` and Trainings Mentor+Assessor
Micro Credentials (MC) are highly contested in the realm of continuing education and training. Socio-economic ramifications for the education sector and corresponding institutions are currently being explored among social, educational and political institutions. There has been a series of projects, which aim to facilitate the validation of informally and non-formally acquired competences in the event industry sector.
Implementation of Particial Certification and Best Practice Report
In the final step of the project, all developed results will come together in an actual assessment, which will be held in MBO Hilversum, an excellent training facility for Event Technicians related to OSAT. In this assessment, the application will be used as a digital backbone to ensure the proper conduct and process of the validation process, and the developed micro-credentials will be assessed by training assessors.
