We want to bring technicians, certifying bodies, educational institutions as well as employers together through an application in order to better the opportunities for lifelong learning and certification of competences in the live performance and event technology sectors. The PACE-VET App contains a digital structured portfolio and should ensure that all data is quantifiable, sharable, verifiable and certifiable.

1. Download and install the app on any mobile device and use “Don’t have an account?” to create a new account.

2. Create a “candidate” account
3. Verify your account with the 2-factor authentication code
4. Create an event by pressing the “Portfolio” Button You can create the portfolio rubrics “event”, “training”, or “work” After filling out the required fields, press the button “Create” 5. Upload any documents to your portfolio that would provide valid evidence to support competences you master by pressing the “+” button and attaching the file. These could be photos of events, certificates from training, or contract and job information. These must be in the following formats:
Images: JPEG/ PNG / GIF – Limit = 10MB
Video: MP4 / WebM / OGG – Limit = 250MB
You can create as many portfolio items as you wish.
6. In the main menu select the “Asssements” button. Using the “+” button, select a portfolio item to be assessed.
7. An assessment window appears. Please select the “competences” drop-down menu and browse through the currently offered microcredential units.
8. Select one of the competences /such as “draw up lighting plan”. Next to the competence is an icon with the link to the ESCO URL. Clicking on it will access the ESCO page in your browser. ESCO is the multilingual classification of European Skills, Competencies, Qualifications and Occupations.
NONE OF THE DATA PROVIDED IN THE TEST PHASE WILL BE SHARED WITH ANYONE.
NOTE: NO ASSESSMENTS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE, BUT PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE COMPETENCES IN THE MICROCREDENTIAL UNITS OFFERED IN THE APP.
